The Tamitu look

Daywear comes first. The Cascade A-line Midi Dress has a square neck and draped detail, the Bertha A-line Midi Dress is the same square neck without decoration, and the Clever V-Neck Gathering Midi Dress is cut from soft rayon with gathering at the waist. Cotton runs through much of the newer work: the Jada Straight Batwing Sleeved Woven Cotton Maxi Dress, the Aphrodite A-line Boat Neck Cotton Poplin Floor Length Dress and the Hanbok Empire Boat Neck Cotton Poplin Maxi Dress are long, covered and light. The Harbour Crochet Maxi Dress is a sheath in allover crochet made for resort evenings.

The evening pieces keep the same fabrics but add volume and handwork. The Saguaro Applique Maxi Dress is a sleeveless A-line gown with applique across the skirt. Tamitu is not divided into named capsules at MEAN BLVD, so shop by fabric or by first name. The Clever Round Neck Crochet Top and Clever A-line Pleated Skirt are a pair. When to wear Tamitu

How does Tamitu fit?

Most of the range is A-line or trapeze, fitted at the bodice and loose from the waist or shoulder, which makes it forgiving between sizes. The sheath and bodycon pieces, including the bodysuits and the Harbour Crochet Maxi Dress, follow the body and should be ordered by measurement. Woven cotton has little stretch, so check bust and shoulder measurements.
