Return & Refund Policy

MEAN BLVD offers returns for selected items within 30 days of receipt of delivery. This policy explains the conditions, processes, exclusions, refunds, cancellations, and order modifications applicable to purchases made on www.meanblvd.com.
Most items sold on MEAN BLVD follow our general return policies; however, certain items are subject to specific restrictions as outlined below.

  • Voluntary returns are refunded as Store Credits only
  • Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and duties/taxes are non-refundable
  • Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with evidence
  • Order cancellations accepted within 48 hours, subject to a USD 20 processing fee
  • Order modifications are limited and subject to processing status
  • Returns are routed via a transit hub before assessment in Vietnam

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

1.1 Return Rights

We always aim to provide a positive shopping experience. Occasionally, you may wish to return items.
You have the right to return most items within 30 days of the receipt date. You also have rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality.
To exercise your return right, please visit our Returns Centre.
For defective or incorrect items, customers must notify us and provide evidence within 7 days of receipt of delivery, including:
  • Unboxing video*
  • Photos
Please send the above to support@meanblvd.com. *The unboxing video must clearly show the condition of the item upon first opening to support assessment.
Submission of a return request or supporting evidence does not guarantee approval of a return or refund.

1.2 Original Condition Requirements

Returned items must be in the same condition as when received:
  • Unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • Free from stains, odors, dirt, or uncleanable marks
  • Original tags attached
Hygiene and customer safety are highly important. All returned items are inspected upon arrival. MEAN BLVD reserves the sole right to determine the condition and eligibility of returned items.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned under the Returns Guarantee, unless defective or incorrectly delivered:
  • Sale items with crossed-out original prices
  • Final Sale items
  • Customized items
  • Pre-Order items
  • Swimwear (bikinis, swimsuits)
  • Underwear
  • Accessories / Jewelry
  • Shoes
  • Bags / handbags
  • Gift items and gift cards

3. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

3.1 Return Authorization

All returns must be requested and approved prior to shipping. Customers must provide a valid tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched.
Any parcel that does not follow the return instruction process may be refused.
Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received and confirmed by MEAN BLVD.

3.2 Return Shipping, Fees & Duties

  • MEAN BLVD does not provide return labels
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • MEAN BLVD is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred during the return process
If mistakenly returned items are located and you request their return, you may be required to cover the delivery cost.
Unidentified returned items will be held for 30 days from arrival and may thereafter be disposed of.

3.3 Return Routing & Assessment Process

All approved returns are first delivered to MEAN BLVD’s designated transit hub. Returned items are then consolidated and forwarded to our Fulfilment Centre in Vietnam within 20-22 days for inspection and assessment.
Please note:
  • A return marked as “delivered” by the carrier at the transit hub does not indicate final receipt or inspection by MEAN BLVD
  • Refunds or store credits are processed only after the returned item has arrived at our Vietnam Fulfilment Centre and passed quality inspection
  • Additional transit time between the transit hub and the Fulfilment Centre may be required and is included in the overall return timeline

4. RETURN RESTRICTIONS & ABUSE PREVENTION

Returns may be declined if:
  • An unusual or excessive return pattern is identified
  • Returned items do not match the approved return request
  • Items returned do not correspond to the original order
MEAN BLVD reserves the right to suspend or deactivate accounts to prevent repeated misuse and to ensure fairness.

5. BACK TO SENDER / UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

MEAN BLVD does not accept or support “back to sender” or returned-to-sender shipments under any circumstances.
Orders that are undeliverable due to, but not limited to, the following reasons will be considered abandoned:
  • Incorrect or incomplete recipient information
  • Unable to contact the recipient
  • Unpaid import duties, taxes, or customs charges
  • Refused delivery by the recipient
In such cases:
  • MEAN BLVD bears no responsibility or liability for the shipment
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • No refunds, replacements, or store credits will be issued
  • MEAN BLVD will not arrange re-shipping, storage, or retrieval of the order
  • Any loss, disposal, or destruction of the shipment is the sole responsibility of the recipient
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept full responsibility for delivery details, customs compliance, and receipt of the shipment.

6. REFUNDS & COMPENSATION

6.1 Voluntary Returns

Approved voluntary returns are refunded only in the form of Store Credits.
Store Credits:
  • Exclude original shipping and return shipping fees
  • Exclude duties and taxes
  • Are issued after quality inspection

6.2 Defective or Incorrect Items

Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Claims must include:
  • Clear photographs;
  • Packaging photos;
  • An unboxing video.
Approved claims may qualify for:
  • Replacement item;
  • Store Credit;
  • Return shipping reimbursement.
MEAN BLVD reserves sole discretion regarding claim approval.

6.3 Late Returns

  • Returns received within 30 days of delivery are eligible for review
  • Returns received after 35 days from delivery will be rejected, returned to the customer, and not refunded
Customers are responsible for any associated shipping costs.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Most MEAN BLVD products are Made-to-Order. Once an order is confirmed, cancellation is generally not permitted.

7.1 Cancellation Within 48 Hours

Cancellation requests may be accepted within 48 hours of order placement, subject to:
  • USD 20 processing fee per order
  • Refund issued as Store Credits only
Cancellation requests are not considered accepted until confirmed in writing by MEAN BLVD.

7.2 After 48 Hours

Cancellation requests submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

8. ORDER MODIFICATION

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact support@meanblvd.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to assist where possible.
The following changes may be supported prior to order processing:
  • Removal of duplicate items
  • Increase in item quantity
  • Update of shipping address
  • Update of email address
  • Item customization (additional fees may apply)
  • Size change
Once an order has entered processing, change requests will no longer be applicable.

9. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once the returned item has arrived at MEAN BLVD’s Fulfilment Centre in Vietnam and passed inspection, refunds or store credits are processed within 5 business days.
After processing, refunds or credits typically appear within 1–3 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Refund eligibility and refund method are determined solely in accordance with this policy.
We strongly advise against filing disputes during the refund processing period, as doing so may delay resolution.
