BYDI works with architectural proportions. Fabric is gathered and folded to shape the body, so ruching and draping run through the line, from the Ocea, Sona, Dara, Eira and Iva ruched maxi dresses to the Lune and Vela draped styles. The Noon Pleated Maxi Dress sets pleats and drapes under a straight-across neckline.

Necklines change the mood. The Onnie and Olia V-neck dresses are A-line with ruched detail. The Monde Halter Maxi Dress is a minimal sheath, while the Serene Asymmetric Maxi Dress has a square neckline. Some pieces add embellishment, with a chain on the Dara and beads on the Niel and Eira.
