WHAT CASES WILL BE APPROVED TO RETURN & EXCHANGE ORDER?

We accept return & exchange on the following occasions (all return and re-delivery fees will be covered by Mean BLVD): 

- Damaged Goods: We will accept return & exchange if you have received our product in damaged condition.

- Sizing problem: We will accept a one-time exchange for sizing issues. 

Note: 

  • We only accept return/exchange requests within 48 hours from the time you receive the items which is shown on our carrier tracking system. Along with your return/exchange requests, kindly provide us a record of unboxing your parcel, a snapshot of your order confirmation and the product(s) in its condition for evaluation & exchange confirmation.
  • Return amount will be issued to Loyalty Points on your account with $20 maximum for each order (As we do not provide prepaid shipping label).
  • Customers need to send us the shipping invoice (including the tracking number of the returned item).

WHAT IS MEAN BLVD 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY?

We accept 30 days return request, if you have any problem and want to return the item(s), please fill in the return form in the link below, we will review your case and get back to you with further guidance: https://meanblvd.returnscenter.com/

Note: 

  • We only accept return requests within 48 hours from the time you receive the items which is shown on our carrier tracking system. 
  • 30 days will be counted from the date of delivery with a valid Order Number (E.g MBLVD1001).
  • The return fee will be covered by the customer.
  • Refund amount will be issued to Loyalty Points on your account equivalent to the purchase price of returned item(s). Any delivery fees incurred for your order will not be refunded.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING MY PRODUCT(S)?

If you would like to return an item, you must notify Mean BLVD within 48 hours from the date of delivery. You will then have 30 days from the notification date to return your item to the address in the guideline email.

All returned merchandise must meet the below requirements to be accepted for a full or partial refund (depend on each case): 

  • All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Returns on items with a return tag attached will only be honored if the label has not been removed.
  • Made-to-Order or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging. Accessories must remain vacuum - sealed if it comes in sealed packaging.
  • All orders using a gift card, promotion codes, seasonal or sale items also cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

If you would like to return/exchange an item, you must notify Mean BLVD within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Please follow the exchange instructions below:

  • Please contact our Customer Service to initiate a return/exchange request via email support@meanblvd.com.
  • Once the return/exchange request has been approved, a return/exchange guideline will be emailed to you.
  • Pack the item(s) you wish to return/exchange in a packaging.
  • Print then attach the confirmation of purchase email and a note specifying your RMA (Return Material Authorization) number securely on the package. You must pack the item(s) in a package to avoid losing documents and/or items' details.
  • Go to your local post office or another courier to return the package to the address 266 Doi Can Street, Ba Dinh Province, Hanoi, 100000, Vietnam.
  • Please provide us the tracking number from the local post office or couriers and make note of this number for your records so you may track the status of your return.
  • Once received the return package in our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect the returned item(s) and confirm that it fits our return policy or not. After that, exchanges will be processed within 20 days or less (due to the outbreak of Covid-19). If the new item costs less or more than the original item, then you will either receive a refund for the surplus of exchanging items' value or a new sur-charge invoice for the difference amount. The refund for the surplus of exchanging items' value will be issued to your Loyalty Points on our website. Any delivery fees incurred for your order will not be refunded.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy.

Once the return has been approved, your refund will be issued Loyalty Points which is equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. Any delivery fees incurred for your order will not be refunded. 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT IF THE ITEM(S) DOES NOT FIT MY BODY?

We accept exchanging merchandise (if the mistake is on your end) due to ordering the wrong size that reaches us within 30 days from the date of delivery for once and only. All return and re-delivery fees will be covered by Mean BLVD.
