Yes. MEAN BLVD is an online fashion store for Vietnamese designer womenswear, operated by MEAN BLVD LLC, a company based in Los Angeles, United States. We have sold online since 2020 and work with 100+ designers from Vietnam. Orders are made and shipped from our fulfilment centre in Vietnam, and our first physical store is at Diamond Plaza in Ho Chi Minh City.

How orders work

Many pieces are made to order by the designer after you buy. Each product page shows its own processing time, and the order ships when its slowest item is ready. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, with express options shown at checkout. You get a tracking link by email when the order ships.

Duties and taxes

Shipping fees paid at checkout do not include import duties or taxes in your country. If customs charges apply, they are paid on delivery.

Returns and refunds

  • Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn, with tags attached.
  • Voluntary returns (for example, a change of mind or size) are refunded as store credit, not to your card. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • If an item arrives faulty or wrong, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. Approved claims can receive a replacement, store credit, or return shipping reimbursement.
  • Some items cannot be returned: sale items with a crossed-out price, final sale, customised and pre-order items, swimwear, underwear, accessories, shoes, bags and gift cards.
  • Cancellations are possible within 48 hours of ordering, with a USD 20 fee, refunded as store credit.
