With just a week before the opening of the Paris 2024 Olympics, participating countries have unveiled the official uniforms for their athletes. Many names have made an impression at this year’s Olympics with unique, fashionable, and highly distinctive uniforms that represent their countries. These outfits will be worn by athletes during the opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, France.

Thailand

Thailand's team uniform has been described as simple yet elegant. While some have commented on the lack of elaborate detailing, the colors of the uniform have received positive remarks.

USA

The US team's uniform, designed by Ralph Lauren, carries a classic American style featuring a navy blazer with red and white accents. Paired with this are a striped Oxford shirt, a navy knit tie, and light-colored slim-fit denim jeans.

Mongolia

Designed by Michel & Amazonka, Mongolia’s uniform has made a strong impact in the media. It is praised as a perfect blend of traditional beauty with a fabulous modern vibe. The designers chose white, beige, and blue colors, interspersed with handcrafted gold embroidery featuring significant Mongolian cultural symbols like the sun, moon, and deer.

South Korea

South Korea’s uniform uses a soothing navy blue that still embodies a spirited and dynamic feel. The outfit, ideal for summer, features a blazer lined in blue and white, with a modern belt design.

Canada

Designed by Lululemon, the predominantly red uniforms incorporate patterns that represent elements from all over this North American country, from coastlines to elements of nature, flora, fauna, and architecture.

Ireland

Ireland’s team uniform, designed by the renowned Laura Weber, utilizes a patented and sustainable ECO-Hybrid fabric. These shirts are made from recycled materials.

Haiti

A surprise name in this "fashion festival" before the Olympic Paris is Haiti. The women's version features a long skirt paired with a handwoven chambray shirt from Haiti, topped with a sleeveless blazer made from recycled fabric featuring the Olympic Haiti emblem. The men's uniform includes patterned trousers paired with a jacket inspired by the iconic Haitian Guayabera shirt typically worn by local men. The jacket is worn over a striped shirt and is accessorized with a printed scarf.

Australia

Male athletes will wear a blazer over a cotton t-shirt trimmed in gold and green, while female athletes have knee-length beige chino shorts or a pleated skirt in shades of green, yellow, and white.

Spain

This striking ensemble is designed by Joma Sport. Female athletes wear a collared shirt combined with a white, yellow, orange, and red skirt, while the men wear a white collared shirt. The colors follow the palette of the Spanish flag, and the design is also inspired by the colors of the carnation, the country’s national flower. The Spanish team noted that the material of the shirts emphasizes sustainable environmental practices and, importantly, is very comfortable, breathable, and quick-drying.

France

The host nation, France, features a uniform of white shirts by Berluti and dark blue tuxedo vests. With polished collars in the colors of the French flag, this design has been noted for its elegance and sophistication.
