6. FORMALISING THE CONTRACT

To place an order, you must follow the online purchasing procedure and complete payment.
After placing an order, you will receive:
  • An Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order;
  • A Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
The Contract between you and MEAN BLVD is formed only when the Shipping Confirmation is sent.
MEAN BLVD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to shipment.

7. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS

You may correct input errors prior to completing payment through the checkout process.
If you discover an error after payment, you must contact support@meanblvd.com immediately. While we will attempt to assist, corrections or modifications cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

8. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

All product orders are subject to availability.
Many MEAN BLVD products are Made-to-Order, handcrafted, or produced in limited quantities. In the event of stock shortages, production limitations, or supply issues, we reserve the right to:
  • Cancel the order;
  • Offer substitute products;
  • Adjust production timelines.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.

9. REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER

MEAN BLVD reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
  • Pricing or product description errors;
  • Violation of these Conditions;
  • Abusive customer conduct;
  • Excessive return activity;
  • Operational limitations.
We shall not be liable for any losses arising from such refusal or cancellation.

10. DELIVERY

Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
  • Made-to-Order production;
  • Customization requests;
  • Customs clearance;
  • Courier delays;
  • Force majeure events;
  • Incorrect shipping information;
  • Failure to contact or cooperate with customs or courier services.
Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.
MEAN BLVD shall not be liable for delays outside its reasonable control.

11. LOYALTY PROGRAM

If you participate in any MEAN BLVD loyalty or rewards program, additional terms may apply.
MEAN BLVD reserves the right to:
  • Modify or terminate the program;
  • Adjust point structures;
  • Cancel rewards;
  • Remove accounts suspected of abuse.
Reward points hold no cash value and are non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise.

12. UNABLE TO DELIVER

If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related reasons, including:
  • Incorrect address;
  • Failure to pay duties or taxes;
  • Refused shipment;
  • Failure to receive delivery;
  • Failure to respond to courier contact attempts,
the order may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed according to courier policies.
MEAN BLVD shall not be liable for losses arising from such circumstances.

13. TRANSMISSION OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCTS

Ownership of products transfers upon full payment and delivery confirmation by the carrier.
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer.

14. PRICE AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Prices exclude:
  • Duties;
  • Customs charges;
  • VAT/GST where applicable;
  • Shipping fees.
Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs-related fees.
MEAN BLVD reserves the right to:
  • Modify prices without notice;
  • Correct pricing errors;
  • Cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies.
Accepted payment methods may include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and other methods displayed during checkout.
All payments are subject to verification and authorization.

15. BUYING GOODS AS A GUEST

Guest checkout functionality may be available.
By placing an order as a guest, you agree to these Conditions to the same extent as registered users.

16. EXPRESS CHECKOUT

Express checkout services may be offered through third-party payment providers.
By using express checkout, you authorize payment processing according to the selected provider’s terms and conditions.
MEAN BLVD does not store full payment card information.

17. CANCELLING ORDER

17.1 Cancellation Within 48 Hours

Cancellation requests may be accepted within 48 hours from the time the order is placed.
  • A USD 20 processing fee applies;
  • Refunds will be issued as Store Credits only;
  • Cancellation is not valid until confirmed in writing by MEAN BLVD.

17.2 Cancellation After 48 Hours

Orders cannot be cancelled once production or processing has commenced.
This includes:
  • Made-to-Order products;
  • Customized items;
  • Pre-orders;
  • Items prepared for shipment.

17.3 Order Modifications

Order modifications are limited and subject to production status.
Requests must be submitted immediately after ordering. Once processing begins, modifications may not be possible.

18. EXCHANGE / RETURN / REFUND POLICY

All returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and modifications are governed by MEAN BLVD’s Return & Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

18.1 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items only. Returns received after 35 days from delivery will be rejected, returned to the customer, and not refunded.
Customers are responsible for any associated shipping costs.
Returned items must:
  • Be unused and unworn;
  • Be in original condition;
  • Have tags attached;
  • Receive prior authorization.
The following items are non-returnable:
  • Sale items;
  • Final-sale items;
  • Customized items;
  • Pre-orders;
  • Swimwear;
  • Underwear;
  • Accessories;
  • Shoes;
  • Bags;
  • Gift items;
  • Gift cards.
Differences in color, fit, texture, fabric feel, or handcrafted details do not constitute defects.

18.2 Voluntary Returns

Approved voluntary returns are refunded as Store Credits only.
The following are non-refundable:
  • Original shipping fees;
  • Duties and taxes;
  • Return shipping costs.
MEAN BLVD does not provide return labels.

18.3 Defective or Incorrect Items

Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Claims must include:
  • Clear photographs;
  • Packaging photos;
  • An unboxing video.
Approved claims may qualify for:
  • Replacement item;
  • Store Credit;
  • Return shipping reimbursement.
MEAN BLVD reserves sole discretion regarding claim approval.

18.4 Return Inspection

All returns are subject to inspection.
Returns may pass through transit hubs before inspection at our Vietnam fulfillment center.
Refunds or credits are processed only after inspection approval.

18.5 Back-to-Sender & Refused Shipments

MEAN BLVD does not accept refused or back-to-sender shipments.
Orders returned due to:
  • Incorrect addresses;
  • Unpaid duties;
  • Refused delivery;
  • Failure to receive shipment,
shall be deemed abandoned.
In such cases:
  • No refunds or credits will be issued;
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable;
  • MEAN BLVD bears no liability.

18.6 Abuse & Fair Use

MEAN BLVD reserves the right to refuse returns, suspend accounts, or reject future orders where abusive or excessive return activity is identified.

19. LIABILITY AND WAIVING LIABILITY, STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MEAN BLVD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
  • Use of the website;
  • Product purchases;
  • Delays;
  • Delivery issues;
  • Third-party services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
Nothing in these Conditions excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

20. RESELL

Unauthorized resale of MEAN BLVD products is prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse orders suspected of being placed for unauthorized commercial resale purposes.

21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Images;
  • Product designs;

28. WAIVING RIGHTS

29. PARTIAL ANNULMENT

If any provision of these Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

30. ENTIRE CONTRACT

These Conditions constitute the entire agreement between MEAN BLVD and the customer regarding website use and purchases.

31. OUR RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE CONDITIONS

MEAN BLVD reserves the right to revise these Conditions at any time.
Changes shall take effect upon publication on the website.

32. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

These Conditions shall be governed by applicable laws.
